Rainy Day Music

A rainy Sunday afternoon is almost as good as a sunny Saturday afternoon in the fall when there’s nothing at all you have to be doing. I can’t say that it’s better, but it’s definitely as good. Or how about, it’s just different and I like them both? I just put some tunes on and now I’m thinking maybe I should go for a drive somewhere. I like listening to music when I’m driving. Yeah, I really like these kinds of days a lot.

Last night I finally saw I Heart Huckabees. Jason Schwartzman is one of my favourite actors. I actually met him about a month ago and I have a really funny story about what happened, but this probably isn’t the time to get into it. I’m starting to think I’d rather be out driving around somewhere, just listening to some rainy day kind of music and drinking a coffee. Honestly, I never have days anymore where I feel super kicked back and not at all overwhelmed by thoughts of all the stuff I should be getting done.

With the new season coming up and the film projects we are continuing to try and develop, I just always feel like I gotta keep at it. I can’t help but think that the next six months are going to make or finally break this little dream of mine to really get this TV show thing off the ground or at least out from under it.

See, now I’m getting all freaked out again! Screw this, I’m going for that drive and getting a coffee! I love this rainy day feeling and no blog is all of a sudden going to mess it all up for me. Later!
