Hi, JR...Steve from North Bay, Ontario here. I'm sorry- I have a guilty conscience, and I wanna confess something right now. I sent an email to Tom Green telling him I didn't like your show as much as his...and I guess maybe I shouldn't have said that- because you are a funny dude!
But ya know...I'm a hardcore TOM fan, so that's why i said it. I didn't mean that I HATE your show completely. I only saw a few episodes...but I did indeed laugh!
No hard feelings, man? If it makes you feel any better, I like YOU more than Jack-Ass! Oh...and Tom Green says he likes you too! So anyway, you're a talented guy. I'm sorry for what I said.
.......What's cool about having this blog is that people read it and start to realize I am just an ordinary person like they are who just happens to be livin the dream! Being on TV isn't even that big a deal anymore like it use to be! Now that reality TV is everywhere on the tube, people expect to see normal everyday people like me on TV.
Everything in TV Land seems way more human now which is nice. Having this blog definitely makes it possible for people like Steve to even get in touch with me if they want to. That's definitely a cool thing if you ask me.
Steve sent me the above email last week sometime.After mentioning in my blog on Saturday that I was looking forward to hearing from all of you with regards to last weekends episode,I received another email from Steve.Thanks dude......

Hi JR...it's Steve again- from North Bay. I watched tonight's show, and thought it was brilliant! Taking a dump for the entire 30 MINUTES, that was total Andy Kaufman style!!!! seriously dude, whats up with your show, i mean, i'm not trying to be an asshole here, but how are you still on the air? i just saw an episode where all you did was sit on the toilet, and the rest of the time you're just making lame shallow 1 layered jokes. i know you're on late at night but seriously, a mentally disabled monkey could write a better show than yours.

....Then there are the people who can't even watch the show from where they live in Canada now but have still stayed in touch and have remained loyal fans who are sticking by me no matter what.I suppose Tom Green would know what that feels like with people like Steve on his side.Its amazing to have the support of people like Steve and Alex in this crazy ass entertainment industry full of ups and downs.......

Hey man. I heard that you're worried about the shows longevity, but I wouldn't worry about it. I mean, considering that you were running reruns for the longest time and your ratings were still going up. I didn't see the show on Friday(I don't get it out here, still...), but I'm sure it's no big deal. Even if it was a bad ep(which your blog seemed to insinuate) we keep watching, because we know you have the capability to make some good stuff. We've seen it.
As long as you keep working with the show and see what the people like, I'm sure the show will go where you want it to. As for the movie thing you keep talking about, perhaps that's another venue(or escape) you can venture with.
The documentary will kick ass, I know that for sure. Just give'r, get the word out, and you're set.

I gotta say, I loved the episode that aired last night.
Sure it might not be jam packed full of jokes, and maybe it didn't have "dialogue". But thats about the most original idea for a TV show ever. Do you see Conan O'Brian sitting on a toilet ever on his show? NO. He doesn't have the balls to pull it off.
