Subject: JR and Tom Green.
Message: Hi, JR. You were looking for some opinions on things, so I thought I'd write in. I know you were asking about the Tom Green/JR Digs comparison thing, and yes, I'm guilty of using that too. I have compared you to Tom once or twice, but that was only to people who haven't seen the show. I am a fan of both of your work. There are things I like about both of you, but things I don't like as well. I think the big difference for me is that Tom would do some things I was really repulsed over, but you don't (to be honest, I really hate some of the language on your show, though). The key to it all, of course, is variety and the reactions and interactions with people. Some of his best segments involved the general public, as do yours. Lots of fun can be had when you go up to strangers asking weird questions or even just shooting the breeze.
Oh, that's nice that your parents are able to spend the winter in a warm climate. Will you be visiting them down there at any point? Later, Guy

Thought I'd check out last night's show to see you and Mr. Green... after all, it was at that Hamilton Tom Green show that I first discovered JR Digs...which lead me on to seeing Chris Nash'es film.....WHERE WILL THIS CHAIN OF EVENTS END?!!! Anyhow, it seems the Tom Green episode wasn't on last night...it was a repeat of the episode where you meet the Trailer Park Boys. Ah well, I did post a message on Tom Green's website about your show, anyways. You can see my message in his blog section - it's titled "Dig Green on the Digs show". Hope you had a swanky time at Spoke's last night. Next time call me! cheers, Shane
.........Hey guys JR here.I should let you all know that I did end up finding out what happened last weekend and it looks like somebody screw up.No point in getting all freaked out about it because that stuff happens now and again,I just hope it doesn't happen again or at least any time soon(lol)! I got enough crap to worry about these days without having the same episode airing two weeks in a row.
The episode with Tom Green that was scheduled to air last weekend will definitely be airing this weekend so to all of you who emailed me about it not airing last weekend, sorry,I hope you get to see it this weekend!
Every Wednesday I will continue posting a couple emails that I receive from people so keep them coming and keep spreading the word about the site so more and more people start sliding by here for a look.
I should shut up now because this is "What you guys have to say Wednesday" and if I wouldn't have babbled on here I probably could have posted somebody else's email.
