On Remembrance Day.

On the 11th hour of the 11th day on this, the 11th month, I took a few moments to stop what I was doing and reflect about what my Grandfather went through to make sure we all have the kind of life we enjoy today.

The sun has suddenly started to shine brightly in my little part of the world and I think it would be nice to take the rest of the day off and go for a drive.I'm going to head down to Simcoe where both my Grandparents are now buried and I'll spend the time thinking about the amazing life I shared with them.
All the craziness, the laughter and the good times we continue to share as a family is because that's how Grandma and Grandpa wanted it.It's always been that way since I was a little kid.I would love to talk a little more about this right now but I should get going and enjoy the bright sunshine on my drive down to Simcoe.

Later on when I have more time I will put some video of my Grandpa on the site here as well as some newspaper articles that were written about him and his experiences in the war as a reconnaissance photogragher.
Grandpa loved all the stupid crazy stuff we did together for my show but this was always a day that he was very serious about and so am I.There's a time and a place for everything I guess.Make some time to remember all those men and what they did guys. It's important!
