Off to Jamaica for a holiday, kinda....
I'm sitting here at the airport eating fruit loops waiting to get on the plane which has been delayed three hours. I guess I could tell you all how crappy and how typical this is, for me to be delayed like this and getting screwed out of a full afternoon pool side or on an amazing beach in Montego Bay but I'm sure most of you would think "shut up JR" your going away for a week on holiday to Jamaica! I could blog here for a bit about how I haven't been away on a vacation like this for years but you guys would just think "shut up JR"!
So I guess I will just shut up about all that stuff and tell you guys that I am now on my third mini box of fruit loops and kicking back here at the airport in Toronto until are flight takes off. My girlfriend does a lot of travelling with her job and has some sort of elite status with Air Canada which allows us both to hang out here in this swanky kinda lounge sorta place which is why I have the internet access to be blogging right now. I don't have my laptop or my cell phone with me. This vacation is all about fun in the sun and going on a vacation together which is something we have never really had time to do before. I suspect that over the next six months I'll really need to devote just about every second I've got to once again recreating some sort of carreer for myself so getting away together for a week here on vacation is a good idea. Who knows when I'll be able to take off like this for a week again.
I hope you guys are looking forward to seeing all the new episodes I have and will be shooting from my van in 2008. Aside from a couple new prime time series that may or may not be put into production this year, my adventures in latenight will continue on which is awesome for me. I'm lucky to have so many of you guys out there who keep stickin by me and as long as I have enough money for gas for my van, I hope to meet way more of you over the year to come.
Time for one last box of fruit loops or maybe some cup cakes. Everything is free here in this lounge we are in and who doesn't like free fruit loops!
