The Last Episode....

One final episode of my independently produced original series called "IN ThE CaN with JR DiGS" will air on the weekend before I pitch the series to the network in the hopes that I can get a deal in place to produce a second season. My plan to luck out and pull some respectable ratings over the last three weekends while "In THe CAN" episodes have been airing in my latenight talkshows weekend timeslots has worked out better than expected. It would be amazing if the last of the four episodes which airs this weekend also pulls some good numbers. Good ratings make for a strong pitch!
One of the most memorable moments for me from season one was in the episode that featured Dogboy in the bathtub! In the middle of shooting this ridiculous scene, the aspiring directors Mom burst onto the set which in fact was her apartment and well..... you can see what happened next in this bit of footage I posted here this week....

Last Weekend on the show...

For reasons mentioned in my previous blog, over the next few weeks episodes of IN The CAN with JR DiGS will be airing. Last weekend's episode featured one of my favorite short films called "Don & Cory were friends. Pozz the aspiring and unknown director worked with me again and made a second short for another episode and since it isn't scheduled to air, I thought maybe I would post a bit of video from that episode for you guys to check out. I hope I can find a network to see how cool this series could be so that I can shoot a second season next summer. As you will see from this bit of video posted here, I miss the stupidness and the fun of working and hanging out with these aspiring and talented film makers.......
